On-line Group Spatial Decision Support System for Investment Environment Analysis

This paper proposed a WebGIS-based, template oriented and on-line group spatial decision support system for Investment Environment analysis. This system provides online mapping, online spatial and non-spatial information query and online multi-criteria evaluation through Internet by integration of WebGIS and analytical module. Template servers as the “smart agent” between user and system, it provides domain knowledge for evaluation, adapts its structure and constituents according to user’s preference and gives formalized data for decision pattern mining. Finally we give a concrete example of Investment Environment Evaluation Information System alone Beijing-Kowloon Railway Areas (BKRCIEEIS).
